SPA was appointed to develop The Vault Restaurant in an existing old Bank in Cloverdale.

The proposed design reuses and adapts the premises making use of the old vault as a part of the dining experience. From the entry, the patron is invited to the waiting area with warm cosy fireplace or to the old bank vault to enjoy pre-dinner drinks.

 

Existing heavy wood trusses hovering 10 feet above, the wood ceiling and block walls exposed; views to the new stainless steel kitchen results in a warm dining experience.
