The design proposed that the existing Victorian ground level apartment was to be extensively refurbished and remodelled.
The stone exterior was cleaned down, the windows refurbished, the interior partitions restored including all architectural
features such as fireplaces, skirtings, doors, and architraves.
A modern kitchen and bathroom was then sensitively inserted into the existing fabric.
