Conceptual Design

The client required 3,390 sq ft of Restaurant/cafeteria space capable of having 112 seats within the design.
A reception area was created with a new entrance off the street.
The new kitchen was designed to include hot and cold preparation areas.
The existing structure was to be retained and seismically upgraded.
New men, women and handicap washrooms included to suit.
