Building on the New International Airport.
100,000sqm New Build facility including offices, immigration
areas, workshops, 500 4-star bed hotel, gym, restaurants, leisure centre,
bar, food court, retail, karaoke, "insta-city"
environment. Responsible for design, contract documentation up to site
review.
Construction Cost: HKD $2,000M
Architect: Haeco Aircraft
Hangar on the New International
Airport. 50,000sqm
aircraft maintenance facility.

1994-1996: Richards Basmajian Ltd, Hong Kong, China.
Project Architect: Li Fung Centre, Hong Kong, China.
20,000sqm conversion of warehouses to offices. Responsible for
design, contract documentation and site review.
Construction Cost: HKD $180M
Architect: Shenyang Country Club, China. New build health spa,
karaoke, dance club for 800, and function rooms

500,000sqm mixed-use development including retail, restaurants,
offices, residential and hotel scheme.
Responsible for scheme design.

7 hectare site incorporating eight 30-storey residential
towers. Responsible for concept design.
