open-plan and individual offices.
The existing building fabric is located in a Conservation Area and required
extensive refurbishment and careful
restoration of particular features. The development incorporated a new
vertical circulation core with perimeter trunking
suitable for computer services. The inclusion of a patio court to the rear
allowed light and natural ventilation to all the units.
