The design
consists of a new dining area and kitchen as part of the refurbishment and
extension to an existing
ground level apartment. An existing small kitchen is to be partly
demolished to make way for the new south
facing dining room. The inclusion of clerestory and ridge level glazing
allows for an abundance of light and
modulation of the interior space. The landscape proposals were designed to
complement this.
