The water's
edge should be a place for freedom from the tension of urban life and a
backdrop for human activity.
The
footbridge incorporates an outlook tower, stepped platforms and pontoons,
thus providing a variety of ways
in which the public can interact with the edge of water. It is intended to
act as catalyst for future developments
to further link the town to its water.
