The challenge was to completely refurbished
an existing apartment whilst maintaining its original character.
Particular crafted details such as the woodwork to the doors, architraves,
ceiling rose, picture rails and the
stone fireplace were restored. The carpets were removed, exposing the
original wood strip flooring and a
new kitchen and washroom of modern design were incorporated into the
scheme.
