The scheme required the conversion of existing warehouse space into Business Class Use totalling 5, 600 sq ft
of space allowing for sole or multi-occupancy use. The design incorporated new vertical circulation to serve five
floors with associated washroom and kitchenette facilities on each floor. The existing masonry construction was
retained and refurbished and the roof was completely overhauled.
