Collings Residence, London, UK

An existing retail unit was converted into an open flexible use apartment.
The ground level was converted into the sleeping and washroom areas, and the lower level into an open kitchen/dining/living
area, opening out onto a courtyard. Daylight and natural ventilation was increased, enhancing the overall design.
