The Home Owners desired an upgrade of the exterior and the interior of the existing 1970s property in West Vancouver to include:

New carport including briseway on west and south side of house; expansion of master and 3rd bedroom out to become more suite like, including step

out balconies; modern garden suite; renovation of both existing bathrooms; kitchen expansion; removal of existing siding and replace with a higher tech

finish; replace all windows with double glazing, replace doors with new energy efficient light doors; increase in entry stair width; revise landscape and

entrance driveway elements. The resultant floor area was also substantially increased.
