An existing retail store in Yaletown, Vancouver was upgraded into 1,400sqft of restaurant space with a regional tasting lounge concept. The exterior was completely newed with new sensor operated sliding glass screen as entrance feature, and a red glow announces its presence on the street in a subtle way. The interior was also completely renovated to provide for a comfortable lounge aesthetic with dark wood and dark brown colours, accented by the bar area of gold mosaic tiles.

The completed restaurant includes new kitchen, washrooms, bar/servery area, staff room, and provides dining for up to 50 patrons.

Completion: December 2008.
