The project was the redevelopment and upgrade of an existing old timer home into office use in the C-2 District of Vancouver. The existing house comprising of only 1,600sqft was increased to 2,500sqft of office development by raising the structure and infilling under. The final project comprised of Offices, meeting room, secretarial, kitchenette, and washroom.

This project was halted by the client after successfully gaining Development Permit.
