The proposed extension to an existing auto parts workshop addresses the needs of an expanding business. The company
installs the swinging arm with service platform to the cable trucks, allowing the cable companies to service their installations. The 1,500sqft addition allows for 2 new truck bays, with the existing offices and washrooms retained. It is intended that there
would would be minimal disruption to the existing operations during construction.
The project was halted prior to dvelopment permit due to financial reasons.
