Existing Home
The proposal is to remodel and upgrade an existing 4,200sqft house in RS-1 zoning district.
This includes a kitchen upgrade and bar area with raised coffered ceiling above; ground level hallway reconfiguration; new link between living room, den and kitchen to open up the home to daylight and natural ventilation; fireplace addition to den/patio deck; and enlarged master bedroom.
All proposals are complimentary to the existing Tudoresque design.
