Floor Layout

The design program:
Included an interior improvement to the existing layout, with a complete redesign of
workstation layout with new ancillary support rooms adjacent.

The client requested that as much as possible was recycled and reused in the new layout:
- Ceiling tiles, linear ceiling diffusers, and light fixtures were reused.
- Existing mechanical system was reused in its entirety.
- Existing doors, frames and hardware were reused.
- Office furniture was reused.
