'Old Timer' Home Upgrade in RS-7S District

The clients wish to upgrade their existing 'old timer' house and the following ideas are currently being explored:
- remodelling of interior layout allowing for a more free open plan space.
- allowing more natural light and ventilation into the home.
- enlarging second bedroom to be more useable.
- extending the kitchen and dining areas.
- extending the main bedroom with a view and deck onto the garden.
- remodelling of the street elevation with typical materials of the area.
