Interior Design Upgrade


Floor Layout (the proposals are for the various parts indicated)

The design program:
Various interior improvements to the existing layout have been completed:

- New boardroom and manager's office.
- New handicap accessible kitchenette and printer station.
- Open plan layout was improved.

The client requested that as much as possible was recycled and reused in the new layout:
- Ceiling tiles, linear ceiling diffusers, and light fixtures were reused.
- Existing mechanical system was retained and adjusted to suit the new layouts.
- Reuse of existing doors, frames and hardware where possible.
- Office furniture was reused.
- Dust enclosure was used during construction activities.
